Perspective

Sometimes all it takes to shift our reality is to look at the situation from another set of eyes. If we find ourselves going into a loop of emotions that feel heavy then that is a cue that we need to shift the way we're looking at what we're going through. Expanding our awareness allows for a deeper look into the universe and ourselves. We are living this life for us and no one else. Saying that we are here for others takes the focus off of our inner guidance and we lose the autonomy of the only true thing we have control of. Our decision to surrender to our heart's calling. Doing anything because of obligation leaves us with heavy emotions that take its toll on us over time. We are here for our Divine Purpose and to share our gifts with the world. In order to achieve this we must first fill our cups until it flows over. THIS is how we fill up others. We have an overflowing cup that we have no choice but to share. Our light is so bright that it beams out onto others. We have gone into all of the dark places and seen what we feared and realized that we are uniquely and beautifully perfect with all of the flaws that we thought we had. Our difference is what makes us special, not flawed. Each one of us is one tiny particle of consciousness itself. If we weren't different the masterpiece would be dull and boring. With each one of us combined, the picture turns into a tapestry full of vibrant colors that pop and burst off the page.

When we CHOOSE to see things from a new perspective it expands our consciousness and ignites new pathways in our brains. This literally makes us smarter. We open up our awareness and are able to see with more clarity. Our intelligence shifts and we naturally begin to let go. It feels uncomfortable at first because we aren't used to looking at things through other's eyes, only through ours and this irritates the ego. Each time we honor that another person's reality is theirs and allow for ourselves to still live in ours, it trains our ego to be more confident on our journey. We learn to walk our paths completely separate while supporting others on theirs. Neither one of us is wrong in what we are experiencing and we are exactly where we are meant to be.
